A wine made of Chardonnay from vineyards in the region of the Valley of the Struma River. Fermentation in French oak barrels at a temperature of 16 to 20°C. 6 months of fermentation and aging in total and 3 months of aging in the bottle. The colour is straw yellow with beautiful shades of old gold. The flavour is explosive with a rich and complex fruity bouquet of pineapple, citrus, banana and vanilla. Bodied, mild, balanced and harmonious with a long finish. A good accompaniment to salads, fish dishes, smoked fish, white meat dishes, cheese and fine dark meat dishes, served at a temperature of 12-14°C.
