The grapes are grown in vineyards located in the Struma Valley, South West Bulgaria selected for their optimum ripeness. After fermentation the wines are aged separately for 8-10 months in French oak barrels before careful blending. The final blend is kept one month further in bottle before release. This balanced and harmonious wine has a vivid ruby red colour and a complex aroma of red berries, blackberries, dark cherries and red currants. The palate is full bodied and fruity with hints of spice and cocoa dust.
