This wine is made from carefully selected grapes grown in Thracian Lowlands. To enhance and preserve the varietal character it was cold macerated for 12 hours before fermentation in temperature controlled stainless still vats. A pale yellow with green hints it is light and refreshing exhibiting aromas of grapefruit, green peach and green pepper. The finish is crisp, long dry and refreshing. Ideally to be served with fish and white meat dishes chilled to 10-12° C.
