This wine is made from carefully selected grapes grown in the Black Sea region of Bulgaria. To enhance and preserve the varietal character it was cold macerated for 12 hours before fermentation in temperature controlled stainless still vats. Straw yellow with nuances of old gold it is full bodied and harmonious exhibiting a complex aromas of white peach, citrus and minerals. The finish is long fruity and exotic. Ideally to be served with fish and white meat dishes chilled to 10-12° C.
