Produced from grapes grown in carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards in the Struma Valley, South West Bulgaria. After fermentation the wine has been aged for 8 to 10 months in French oak barrels and further 3 months in bottle before release. It has a dark ruby colour and aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants and vanilla. The palate is medium bodied, ripe and juicy with a long lasting complex finish.
